Topium Advisory is an audit, tax, legal, accounting, and financial consulting firm offering a complete range of services to its clients in Morocco and internationally. 

The journey of Topium Advisory began in 2023 when Mr. Amine Hassanain, with over 13 years of experience in the consulting and auditing field, decided to establish an innovative entity in the universe of corporate services and consulting.

Amine started his career in audit and consulting activities at Coopers Audit Morocco. He successfully managed various contractual and statutory audits for large Moroccan groups, including several missions related to IFRS standards. After obtaining the CPA Diploma in 2016, Amine expanded his expertise to encompass tax and legal consulting assignments on which he had the opportunity of working directly with the late Mr. Abdelaziz Al Mechatt, a revered figure in accounting expertise in Morocco, may his soul rest in peace.

In 2019, Amine decided to join the international firm Bakertilly, where he was able to expand his areas of activity. Indeed, he accompanied several international investors in their establishment in Morocco by offering a complete range of services: Company incorporation, bookkeeping, filing tax returns, payroll management, social declarations, preparation of IFRS reports, and management of the relationship with the Foreign Exchange Office. This experience was an opportunity to take on several company liquidation missions and thus develop in-depth expertise in a multidisciplinary process.
